Terms of cancellation:

1. Cancellation before dispatch:

•  A full or partial cancellation in your orders is permitted within 24hrs of ordering, to cancel orders contact at hiiamsky07@gmail.com

• In case of payment made through prepaid mode through any channel, the refund will be made to the original mode of payment. All refunds shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by your bank.

• Refund will be initiated within 10 days of cancellation.

2. Cancellation after dispatch: We do not accept post-dispatch cancellation of orders.

Return Eligibility:​

• Wrong goods sent- If the product(s) you receive are different from the product(s) enlisted on the Invoice emailed to you immediately after completion of the online order, you shall be offered a return up to 3 days after receiving your product and a replacement would be sent out at the earliest possible.

• Damaged condition- If you receive the package in damaged condition, please reject the package and notify us at hiiamsky07@gmail.com along with photographic proofs, if accepted return and refund will not be entertained.

• If the packages are intact, please make a video while opening the package, if the product is found damaged same will be replaced at our cost, no replacement of refund will be initiated without video proof.
